I created a shipping label with the wrong weight and then realized the error. I went to void the label and there is no longer the option to do that under shipping label "actions". This is probably a technical issue on Ebay's end but I lose out as I had to purchase another shipping label. Anyone else have this issue?

This is from the Standard Envelope Terms & Conditions:
Charges for labels will be as set out in your order. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is printed. Additional Charges may apply in certain circumstances which are described below in the section titled “Additional Charges”. You are committed to payment of the charges when you print the label (including additional charges).

@bondgirlfl Below is a link to the Help Pages on purchasing and voiding labels. USPS labels can be voided, FedEx and UPS can not. If your label was USPS you should be able to VOID through the Shipping Labels page, if you can't try again later and if it continues to fail use the Tell us what you think link in the upper right hand corner to report the glitch. You have 5 days to void that label so wait a day after reporting it ... if you still can't VOID it then use the Help and Contact link at the bottom of the page and request a call back from eBay and explain what happened when they call.

Thanks for the reply. The label I wanted to void was an Ebay standard envelope label. I know how to void a label and I used to be able to void them if an error was made Ebay has removed the option.

Thank you for pointing out that they are non-refundable. I contacted Ebay online "chat" and a very polite guy refunded the label I created in error.
