Listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/305580428489
I have successfully uploaded a video to this listing. However, it does not appear in the image thumbnails in its usual 2nd position.
Video is 25MB 1080p and satisfies eBays video upload guidelines. Video was uploaded via the eBay website.

Same is happening for us for new uploads. Also, a lot of our older listings are not showing videos now. Sometimes they show up on the app or vise versa.
I tried your listing on Chrome and Safari and the video did not show but it does show up on Firefox and the app.

The video appears in the second slot for me in Firefox and Edge, and the video plays when I click on it.

I have also noticed that the video is visible and plays on the eBay app (Pixel 8 running stock Android).

I'm having the same issue. Noticed this for the first time last night. When using my web browser, I see the video when I go to revise the listing, but when I view the listing's page there's no trace of it. I've only been able to see my listing videos by using the ebay app on my phone. Neither Chrome or Edge work for me (haven't tried Firefox yet).

I have the same issue. I use Firefox for all ebay seller actions and the video does not display in the posted listing. I also posted this thread to "ask a mentor":
Hi, This is a link to a seller post in "report ebay technical" but no remedies from ebay.
( I inserted the link to this thread ) ( link to ask a mentor https://community.ebay.com/t5/Ask-a-Mentor/Video-not-showing/td-p/34477888 )
Can you help. I believe a seller also brought this issue up in April.
Thank you in advance for any light you can shed as I am a seller who's videos are not showing in active listings only "revise listing" module. Additionally, even though new videos meet the criteria they will are not accepted in "add pictures and video"
Hope we get a remedy!

Hi,
I am having the same issue with active listings as well as trying to post video to new listings. Additionally, I just posted in "ask a mentor" as well. Hope we get a remedy or at least a reply as someone posted the same issue in April.

The video for your listing - Dorner 4100 Series High Side Belt shows on the app and on Firefox. It does not show up for me on Chrome or Safari. Same with all of our listings. They do not show on Chrome or Safari .

I can see your video for your most recent listing on Firefox. It seems Firefox and the app are the only browsers that show videos now.

Exactly the same for me. I couldn't figure out what happened to the video. It was showing fine when it first listed, but now doesn't. So I went to revise it and find that it is still there, but just not showing on the active listing on the site. What's up with this? 😞

I am on Firefox and my video is NOT showing up. Doesn't show up in Chrome for me either, but if I try to edit it says it's there. It just doesn't show on the live listing.

I see your video on Firefox for your listing " Learning Resources Time Tracker Visual Timer" but none for your most recent listings. Hopefully eBay will get it figured out but I'm not holding my breath 🤞

I have the same issue as everyone else has mentioned. I can view on an android phone but not on pc using chrome. I guess an Ebay glitch.

Sadly, no one from eBay support is commenting on this issue. It is likely known, but no known ETA to fix. Guess we will have to wait it out.

Same issue for me as of 5/30/24 9:30 p.m. ET. I can't see any of my videos in any of my listings (on any browser or even in the eBay app on Android) as the seller but others can see them. I'm actively working with eBay support but my assumption is that the issue will need to get escalated to technical support....and it looks like that's where its' going...Per eBay support:
"What I am going to do is, I will get this escalated on my end to the technical team highlighting that we are able to see the videos however you are not able to on your end, I will also be attaching the screenshots sent by you so that the team gets this resolved for you as soon as possible."
Well, at least they officially know about it now. Hopefully they get this resolved soon.
