Is anyone else having problems uploading photo files?

Are you using a mac?

I have seen some posts from mac users experiencing problems uploading pictures since the most recent update. At least one user was able to upload after switching from Safari to Chrome, but there was also at least one Chrome user still having problems.

It might be worth trying Firefox to see if that helps.

I have the same problem with Firefox on Windows 10 Pro 1909

Yours is the first report I have seen lately about photo uploading problems specifically connected to a Windows machine.

Have you tried a different browser (or a private browser window) to rule out browser-related issues? If you are able to upload pictures using another browser, that might indicate a problem with your cache or eBay cookies in Firefox. Or possibly something like Enhanced Tracking Protection which seems to cause problems (that can be disabled on ebay.com using the shield icon to the left of the browser address).

If you have the same issue in other browsers that might point to a problem on eBay's end, or possibly something else your browsers have in common such as an ad blocker or script blocker.
