Uploading Photos

Is anyone having trouble uploading photos to new listing (desktop) ? I've tried different browsers and 2 laptops, been like this for days. Anything to do with photos is an issue, uploading or editing.

There have been several reports on the forums describing issues uploading photos, but so far, there has been no identification of which listing form is being used and whether desktop or mobile. This is the first I've seen that identifies a desktop.

Because you have a store, I will assume you are using the Advanced listing form in the Hub.

First, clear your browser cache to make sure that older scripts are not loading.

Next, check whether there is a security setting on your system or addons to your browsers that are interfering.  To test, turn them all off temporarily and try again.

Are the photos on your desktop computer?

Are you using the browse button or the drag drop feature?

I'm using windows 8.1 I've tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox. The Cache and Cookies have been cleared, I don't have any addons, yes the photos are on my computer (Jpeg) and are uploaded with browse. Yes I am using the Advanced listing page. I can upload and edit photos however it now takes 5 or 6 minutes to do 3 photos. Photos are 1200x1200 mp.

I've had probs in the past uploading photos, so it would seem its a off and on issue.

What worked for me, in the past. I uploaded the photos one at a time, and that worked fine, although it's a bit slower in the efforts of listing, but not that bad.

What is your operating System?

I think the problem lies there.
