There is a feature missing from the search engine. There should be an option to BLOCK out every listing with items of multiple prices. For example; if you are searching for a 128GB SD card, and you are searching for 'Price lowest to highest', you should expect a list of 128 GB SD cards arranged from low to high price, and nothing else. You open a listing of a card with a ten dollar price (example only). When you open the page, there are cards of different memory sizes. The 128GB card is over 20 dollars on that page. In fact, on a majority of the listings, the specific item being sought, is not the same as on the search engine list page. I would prefer for ebay to make anything with a different price to have its own listing, but such restriction could interfere with a sellers freedom of speech.
However, the option to filter out such multiple price listings gives the potential buyers the freedom to have more accurate searches on ebay, without interfering with the sellers right to mess up the listings for those who chose to leave the 'block multiple item listings' filter turned off.

I agree that price variation listings are annoying when they include items that do not match the search terms. Some sellers make it difficult to avoid their items when searching; I make it a point to avoid buying from such sellers.
Previously there was a script that could be used to filter out multiple price listings on a search result page, but unfortunately it seems that eBay has changed things and the script apparently no longer works as it once did.
For your search of SD cards, you may be able to exclude some listings that feature other sizes using exclusions and narrowing the category to use some category-specific filters:
