Updating How eBay will pay you

Has anyone found a tab that allows you to update financial info that eBay now requires for you to get paid directly? The only spot I see is for how you allow eBay to charge you presently.  Since Pay Pal will soon be obsolete, I would think their so called clear instruction to update would be clearer.

Have you received a message from eBay telling you to register for Managed Payments by a certain date?

For further information about how it actually works, you may want to try posting on the selling board; you may find a wider audience of folks that are using the program or are going through the sign up process there.
