I'm looking for an update on Ebay tracking issues. This is getting really tiresome having irate customers who are not only facing delays from USPS but also not getting accurate information via Ebay tracking. A day or 2 after an item is shipped, Ebay tracking populates with "preshipment" which is only confusing them. The buyers are not using USPS to track and are not seeing that the item is "in transit" at the top of the tracking page but instead only reading the "preshipment" and screaming at sellers.
What is the update with this fix?!?! If it is not working why not just turn off tracking for the time being?
