Am I the only one having trouble logging into Hello Alice?

I had this same issue last year and gave up when the deadline was so close.

I really hoped to enter this year, but can't even log in to attempt.

I have requested my password reset multiple times, and never get a response email, even though they indicate one was sent to the correct email.

Did you try emailing helloalice support?
