my eBay card had been locked please can you unlock it for me

Gift cards are activated when you bought and there would be no need to unlock.  The funds do not appear right away so if you are trying to use too soon, may not have loaded. 

If this question is not about an eBay gift card, you need to come back and explain what you are asking.
