For 2 days now (Wed May 5 and Thurs May 6, 2021) I've not been able to view my completed orders (purchases), and thus unable to leave feedback, etc... What's going on???

What browser are you using?
My Purchase History seems to be loading fine in Firefox.
If holding down the shift key and reloading the page does not help, try viewing your orders on the Summary page instead.
Or try using a different browser to see if that allows you to load that page.
If the page loads in another browser, try clearing your cache and eBay cookies in your original browser. If that does not help, try temporarily disabling add-ons to see if that makes a difference.
