Unable to print eBay International Standard Delivery Labels

I have two eBay international labels I am trying to print and am receiving the following message: "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later." I tried shortening the item description, clearing my cache, etc.. Nothing is working. Help!

eBay International Standard Delivery was discontinued about a month ago @bluewillowantiques - is it possible you're talking about eBay International Shipping? An address that says: EIS C/O Buyer Name ?

According to the help page the service is available until September 1st

According to eBay's announcement it was to be discontinued July 1st and there were reports from many sellers that lost access back in May.

I checked a few of the OP's listings and they advertise USPS First Class Package International, not EISD. I would guess the OP has lost access to purchasing EISD labels.
