Unable to pay

So 2 days now and when i go to checkout and select any of the payment methods nothing happens so i can't pay for anything at all.

wonder if it's a browser problem or something at Ebay's end.

I've just tried another computer running Linux mint. Used both Chrome and Firefox and have the same problem. The paypal window doesn't popup and I can't checkout. Clearly a problem at Ebay's end of things...

Same issue plus you cannot add notes to a payment / purchase either.

Guessing it will suddenly fix and it will of course be someone else's fault - like the user!

Same here but works fine with MS Edge

Well just tried with Chrome again and you can pay using paypal but only using defaults.

You cannot select payment card/account/method or leave a note.

I spoke to ebay they are looking into it.  Theres a problem I beleive.  I cant buy anything.  the pay butten is greyed out even after I select the payment option.  tried adjusting personal detailins under account nothing works.

would appear to be a pretty major problem to me.

Same here.  I spoke today (9.50 am 31 May) to a customer services assistant at Ebay via their online chat.  Said it is an Ebay bug which they have prioritised to fixing.   I will bid any more until this is fixed - I have one outstanding invoice already & don't want to add any more to my awaiting payment list!

I am having the same issue, also happended yesterday, Im trying to pay for some items in my basket using my PayPal (selected the radio button), but the 'Confirm & Pay Button' is not enabled, and cannot click it to pay.  Using Chrome

Update from Ebay to my Chat:
Thank you for flagging this issue. There is an ongoing technical issue due to which our members are not able to pay towards the item. We have escalated this on high priority and we will get back to you as soon as possible. At this point of time, we have not received any turnaround time from our technical team, however we are adding all the samples for them to find the root cause and fix this on priority. I will share an update via email, in the meantime, I request you to try to make payment at later point of time.

Same here, cannot check out!

After selecting a payment method, the confirm & pay button stays grayed out.

Also, when this screen comes up, the payment method options seem to take a long time to fill in.

I can't buy anything for the past 2 days either, I went over and over my account information and made sure everything was up to date, I called my bank to see if they were blocking the transaction, no problem there. They're not blocking anything and I have enough available cash in my account to buy what I am trying to buy 20 times over! I called customer service at ebay and talked to a nice lady there, she tried on my behalf to get things straight but she couldn't. She said their system got some kind of glitch and there was no way for her to override it. If I miss out on what I am trying to buy , I am going to be **bleep**!

i was unable to pay also on the PC or with the app on my android phone but i just used the browser on my android phone and logged in to ebay and was able to pay with out a problem.
