Unable to make payment via eBay

Hi eBay,

is there a problem with making payments? I have tried the following...

1. Different browsers on desktop (Chrome and Edge)

2. Tried the app on iOS and Android

3. Tried using PayPal and using cards stored on eBay (multiple)

4. Tried updating the address on my account

5. Tried at different times of the day 

Nothing seems to work @sasa-co

Hi, I recall the seller selling another one of these items a couple of days ago. Where did that transaction go?

The seller has provided a solution which was to cancel the transaction and relist the item. Something about having to be put on the Managed Payments feature, eBay actually called me back last night and advised that this hasn’t been done. The relisting did happen before my call back with eBay but this was a generic listing at the same price. 

@Gotta-love-dog, I might have to agree you that you are right. The seller may have either been in a serious rush with copy and pasting on the second listing or trying to pull a fast one. In any case, I believe I may have come to the end of the road on the investigation and leave it to eBay.
