Unable to list

Since last night I am unable to list.  The listing page does not load completely and the links don't work and when they finally do, it takes at list 5 minutes for a drop down to appear or for anything else I try to do.  I tried switching to the new listing tool, but it is worse.  I have cleaned up all cache, cookies, etc, restarted and more.  Everything else works, just not the listing tool.  HELP.  Anyone else?

@ourblueridgehome   If you have tried a different browser and it is the same problem then more than likely its another eBay glitch on a new roll out.  I am always concerned when eBay does something new because WE wind having to trouble shoot it for them.

Any difference if you list with the Quick Listing Tool or the Advanced or Business Tool?

 

How about listing with the eBay app?

 

Some users have indicated that switching from Chrome to Edge or IE allowed them to list, and others have said the New Listing Tool works better for them.

I can't edit either, same thing. If page does load, I can't click on any fields. Mouse and other listing sites work fine. Browser not the issue.

Yes, I switched and as I stated, it is worse than the original listing page.  Thank you though.  I appreciate all input.

Exactly the same issues I am having.  According to eBay, they are having no problems.  WHAT??  I am so frustrated.

Yes I have same technical  issue and they claimed the same, no issue? Huh??? If a competitor ever starts with a similar platform ebay is toast. I know so many people who need the site but hate the site. The biggest gripe is the "buyer is always right " mentality they take.. that  alone has caused several people to leave them and sell elsewhere and that is just in my little circle , imagine nationwide?

Same issue here. I cannot even view my listings. I click on the Sold tab and its fine. Click on the Listing tab and the site is completely blank. New browser did not help.

Can't even get the active listings page to load. It was working fine earlier this morning. Now just a blank age no matter how many times I reload it.

Try another browser or another link. If the page loads fine in another browser, try clearing your original browser cache and possibly eBay cookies.

Yeah, it's not a browser issue. It's being noticed by numerous sellers as of about the last 30 minutes or so. It's definitely on Ebay's end. Thanks for the info though. I'm currently able to access it (albeit snail's pace) through the old "all selling" page.

Use the mobile app if you can, worked for me. But I do get the same glitch on PC.

Still not working for me. I have not been able to list on ebay since Friday! Not problem i guess- I just put those listings on mercari instead... just getting fed up with the lousy service here at ebay. Every change they make is detrimental to the platform and hurts sellers and confuses buyers... But they figure out how to keep more of our money without fail.. when is the last time you saw a glitch in the collections side of ebay?- that must have the tech teams full attention lol
