Is anyone else having issues using saved Templates in the Inventory section. I've been trying to use my saved templates for five days now and keep getting this message:

This probably doesn't help you solve the issue, but no, I am not having that issue, I just tested opening a template and it worked normally.

Are you using a PC or Mac? I'm using Mac and wondering if it's isolated to Mac.
Thanks

I am using a PC, running Windows 11 I believe. I'd be surprised if it was a PC/Mac issue, though, since you've tried different browsers. Unless it's a problem with the Chromium core that both Safari and Chrome are based off of, IIRC, if those were the two browsers you've tried. If you haven't already, maybe try it in Firefox or Opera or something else not based on Chromium?

One store is using Safari and the other is on Firefox both running on my Mac and both with the same issue.
Hopefully the ebay team finds a fix soon.
Thanks for checking.

Ok, that rules out that possibility.
I use a Mac for my personal use, but I haven't accessed eBay on it in quite some time now. Best of luck figuring this out!

Sorry I'm not a regular visitor to forums. I've posted on that page and sent requests for support through the ? on the Inventory pages.
Thanks
Matt
