Unable to install App

I was having issues with the App and logging in.

So, I uninstalled the app.

Attempted to reinstall, but the status of the reinstall was "pending" for 12 hours. 

Wouldn't actually load it 

Tried cancelling, restarting phone, and installing again.... Same result

Are you using iOS or Android?

You should be able to go to your device's settings manager, find the app there in the list of all apps and use the "uninstall" feature; you may have to "force quit" or "force stop" first. Then restart the device, and try to install again.

Thanks for the suggestion.

It's been uninstalled.

Now, I can't install it.

I go to Google play and select it and install. 

It just says "pending" but no progress is made and it won't load even after several hours of "pending."

I've even tried to load thru Wi-Fi... Same thing
