I see you are registered in Hungary. Did you purchase the item on ebay.com, or another site?

Sign in to whichever site you used to make the purchase and then use the "Resolution Center" link located at the bottom of the page.

If that does not work for you, you may have to contact eBay through social media:

When you don't get your order by the last estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, the next day, go to the resolution center below and select, I haven't got my item.
