Unable to delete unsold

Been going on for a few days now. Using Chrome. I've been unable to delete items that were ended by me. The dropdown doesn't even open. I've cleared cookies, cleared cache and restarted

I can't have these hanging around to get phantom re-listed.

Is this an old ebay glitch or is this a new glitch or is this a feature and not a bug?

I tried just now and had no issue deleting.

After you check the box next to items you want to delete, does the actions button at the top stay grayed out or does it turn blue but you can't click on it?

Did you try another browser?

May or may not be related to this issue where sellers cannot relist from their unsold page:

We checked in with kyle@ebay on that discussion and he said not enough reports yet to generate a site wide tech ticket.

So my recommendation @monster-deals and others dealing with this is to contact CS and report it. The more reports coming in, the more users are affected, the better chance eBay will look into and prioritize a fix.

Thanks for the info. It appears linked to the other issue then. If you report to CS I wouldn't restrict the report to "can't delete unsold" - I would say the action buttons at the top of the unsold page remain gray even when items are checked, so you can't perform any action from delete to bulk relist. Better chance all the reports to CS will get tied together that way.

Called it in. 

As of two days ago it was a known issue and a ticket got opened.

In another thread one user suggested using Seller Hub to archive the unsold listings you do not want to accidentally relist.

@eburtonlab suggested on another discussion about this to try using the My eBay link for the time being while Seller Hub is not working. Another seller reported that worked for them so I'm posting the link here.

I had the same issue for the previous week+. Mine is back to working as of today.

Thank you! I've had a listing stuck in unsold for months and finally was able to delete it in the old style Unsold page. Appreciate the links!
