Unable to contact ebay

I am in Australia at the moment and my account is restricted & l am given useless numbers to call to fix the issue. Surely there should be a second method to communicate from overseas rather than a useless number!!!

If you are in Australia, you will not be able to get a call back from North America.

Go to ebay.com.au and use the Help link there:

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home

Follow the prompts for your issue, and you should eventually see a Contact Us link -- that should lead to a chat assistant. You can use that to request a call back in Australia by requesting an agent or a representative.
