Unable to change offer settings

I am trying to turn off offers on my auction however I am completely unable to do so. I'm not able to from the revise listing screen, and from the "review all offers" screen I am met with a blank white page after I click on "Change offer settings". I've tried on mobile as well and after clicking on the settings it says, "It looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." My adblocker is disabled so that isn't the issue.

Re: Unable to change offer settings

You have a bid on the only listing I see.........  I don't see any bid offer available, I think the bid knocks it out......

Re: Unable to change offer settings

Ah, ok thanks, I didn't realize bids disabled the offer system.

If you'd like to read up on how it works, here's a blurb from eBay's help page, with a link to that page below.

Add Best Offer to a listing using the advanced listing tool

If you have an auction-style listing with Best Offer, bear in mind that:

  • If you receive a bid
    • Current offers and counteroffers will be declined automatically, and buyers won't be able to make any additional offers on your item
    • If you had received an offer that was higher than the current bid, the buyer who made the offer will need to place a bid, as their offer was declined when the first bid was placed
    • If a bidder retracts their bid, the Best Offer feature will be re-enabled

Just in case, here's the info and link for the "Buy It Now" option on an auction:

Buy It Now option – auctions

When you add a Buy It Now option to auction-style listings, buyers can either purchase your item right away at the Buy It Now price, or place a bid. In most categories, the Buy It Now price has to be at least 30% higher than the auction price.

The Buy It Now price is available only until someone bids on the item or until the reserve price is met.
