Apologize for the lengthy message. I am hoping maybe eBay will read all the details here versus me relying on support to relay the issues in full to technical support.
Ongoing issue for past 6-8 weeks. Originally the issue was sporadic, now the errors are consistent creating a significant bottleneck in listing items. After looking through the forum comments, I see I am not the only one experiencing this same issue, yet eBay support acts otherwise. I have reached out to eBay 3 times, including today.
After creating a listing and using the “save for later” option at the bottom of the listing page, the middle of the screen goes white. In the spaces where the listing details once were, boxes that are grey with moving gradient patterns appear. Eventually it times out and the first error message presents itself, “We’ve Looked Everywhere”. When I attempt to refresh the page or attempt to open a second window the second error message appears, “Where’s all the stuff?” Once this happens, I am unable to access eBay for an hour or longer. When I am finally able to access eBay again, I must restart the same listing as it never saved. At times, the same listing can take 3-4 attempts before it saves and doesn’t present an error.
After much trial and error, I have determined that once the save listing process fails, if I clear my cookies, cache, browsing history and restart my computer I can then re-open eBay. Of course, I have to sign back into ebay as I cleared the cache. This work around keeps me from waiting an hour or longer for the issue to resolve itself but is less than ideal. Unfortunately, it’s only a matter of luck if I can get a listing or two saved before the issue presents itself again and I am back to clearing cookies, caches, browsing history and restarting my computer.
Here is a list of all the things I have done to trouble shoot the issue on my end.
eBay support had me see if I could create a listing on my iphone. I personally have never used my phone to create listings….that was painful! In the end, he said because I was able to save the listing using my phone with no issue (I did one listing) that the issue is on my end and not eBay’s. He said he was 100% certain that if I wiped the computer I had or bought a new one eBay would work just fine.
What am I missing???

Thanks for providing so much detail about your setup and what you have tried so far.
This is a frustrating issue. I wish I had more or better suggestions of things to try.
Do you usually use the hotspot, or the WiFi? Which were you using when you first noticed the problem? If one or the other is triggering a problem, switching to the other might not immediately help if your account is being affected somehow.
Are you using any security or privacy software on both your computers that you are not using on your phone? A firewall? Any common add-ons that you could disable?

Appreciate your response. I always use my house's WiFi. I tried my iPhones personal hotspot last week as a test to see if it made a difference since my iPhone hotspot is a different network than my house WiFi. Unfortunately, that didn't work. I should note that when eBay had me test if I could use my iPhone to save the listing and it worked, my iPhone was connected to my house WiFi. So that should also confirm it's not a WiFi issue.
In regards to both computers (Mac & HP), nothing has changed with the exception of me updating the Macs iOS AFTER the issue had already presented itself. I have had zero issues using eBay over the years until this issue arose. I should also note that eBay is the only webpage causing me issue. Everything else I do on my Mac and HP is a non-event and runs as expected. I could understand if the issue was only presenting itself on one device, however, it's on two separate computers that are completely different operating systems. I might have to try my son's laptop as a third option to test as well. It's a Lenova.
I should add that I also have an issue generating shipping labels to print. I can purchase labels with no issues, however, trying to open the label to print is an obstacle course that changes with each label. This issue presented itself at the same time of the first issue. I just figured it was all related.
After the label has been created, the ebay window opens with the “print label” button. The functionality of this button changes each time, below are some of the different errors that have occurred after selecting “Print Label”.
My work around has been to go to the shipping labels page and select the reprint option from the items drop down box. This prompts the same window that is presented originally to open, expect this time the “print label” button works.
I have actually started to record my screen as it's starting to get ridiculous. I feel like I need to "show" eBay what is taking place in real-time vs. just telling them in writing.

Hi.
I have been having this problem for a month and finally (I am pretty sure) have gotten a solution. I had tried all the things on your list in addition to changing browsers. Nothing worked except listing on my iPhone.
I spoke with an eBay rep today who was very helpful in saying that the problem is coming from THIRD PARTY APPS ON GOOGLE and their added security features. He advised me to try listing on the INCOGNITO window, which bypasses all third party apps and their settings. I did this and had success, proving that it was not an eBay issue.
I then went to my third party app list and deleted a few which were new and which looked "sketchy". I restarted my computer and then was able to make a listing from my regular Google Chrome browser without a problem.
I am hopeful that this is a permanent solution but know I can list on the Incognito window if I still have trouble.
Please let me know how it goes.

Having the exact same issues, no joy yet...I'm using an Opera Web browser. I've logged out, cleared cache, cookies blah blah blah and logged back in no joy. Turned of popup blocker, add filter, tracker, turned it all off and still no joy. Tried it from my Android phone, still no joy. Currently I cannot upload pics and get them to stay uploaded, everytime I try to save it for later or list it, the screen goes white and the browser just sits. And back to the error, we've looked everywhere or where's my stuff? It has to be an eBay error.
Did it all again and then logged in first on the Android phone and open and then saved the draft and then went to the pc while still logged on via the phone and now on my pc I can add pics 4 at a time and save it and NOW I can see the sellers hub on the pc? And then suddenly, right back to the error without saving any additional pictures. So it lasted about 90 seconds and the errors back.

That people are doing every possible thing to make it work just so they can list an item is all on eBay. All other sites I have been using for the past weeks, including multiple secure servers with login-passwords etc. have all been working just fine, no problems with any other site except eBay. For me eBay works on all levels until the moment I try to list something, which I can create a listing, then I have another eBay page open, and it's back to "We Looked Everywhere" then every few minutes I check the site again and after anywhere from 5 - 25 minutes the site comes back up, I click "List It" for my item, the site is back to working again, I refresh all the pages, then click to list again, write out my listing, test another open eBay page, it's back to "We Looked Everywhere" and is down again another 10 -15 minutes, then "magically" decides it wants to work again. So I CAN list items, just about 1 every 10 minutes if I am lucky, sometimes after awhile maybe 2 -4 in a row, then it's back to 1 every 15-20 minutes again.
This is 100% on eBay's Tech Support and they can and should and need to figure this out because for every one of us posting about it, there are probably 100 others who don't know about the Community Forums and just give up, or waste their time trying to contact eBay, as all tales of that have resulted in essentially no admittance to an actual problem and no guidance that is actually helpful short of changing every aspect of one's settings / cache / cookies / browser/ VPN or no VPN / delete a bunch of apps that every other site is fine with. Just fix it already, eBay Tech wizards.

@cinema_visions @vintagekitkozy @crowhillcuriosities @original7even @eburtonlab
I've had the same problem now and then for several weeks and found previously that the listing page came back to life if I turned off VPN, but tonight that isn't working.
I have to agree with @cinema_visions , why is no other site I work on affected? What would affect the listing page but leave the rest of eBay (including this forum) working fine? Folks have done enough cookie-cleaning and system restarting (I think) to show this is not a client-side issue. EBay needs to at least consider that it is part of the problem.
Oldtimers may remember the site-disabling crashes that plagued eBay a couple decades ago. Back in those days most all listings were auctions, and of course every time the site went down there were thousands of listings in their final minutes (when bidding activity was most intense). It was a mess, and sellers got the short end of it—just like now.

We have suffered this issue when creating or editing listings and it only appears when you try to save the changes.
IT IS FRUSTRATING BEYOND BELIEF.
This began earlier this year I think, and we still experience it today. Listing management is now a big issue for us.
Mac, Safari (although tried Chrome & same problem), Private Relay on or off, no VPN, latest OS. None of the other hundreds of websites we use exhibit this flakey behaviour. Only ebay.co.uk and only when saving Listings.

I've done everything else that's been tried, including using two different web browsers and THREE different computers/phones. No joy. I had to actually use Microsoft Edge and Opera web browsers at the same time to actually list an item. This is definitely an eBay issue.

Okay now it's doing it when just browsing about, logged in and just viewing pages. Sent a message to a buyer and bang "we looked everywhere" error came up and like 4-5 minutes later I could get back to browsing. On Opera web browser. Switched to Edge and everything looks fine. Closed it and went back to Opera, still no joy, 4-5 minutes later everything looks okay. IDK, not an issue on our end, but on eBay's end.

Not using Chrome and have had the issue on an Android phone and on an Opera and an Edge web browser on a Windows based pc. I dislike and have never used Chrome, Google knows enough about me already 😉 Hope yours is resolved! Really I do, cause it's a pain in the neck...
Edit: actually two different Windows based pc.

I have been having this problem for weeks. Have had yet another conversation with an eBay representative and been assured that the technical team will look at this issue. Well, judging by the comments in this thread they need to pull their fingers out. The problem is obviously with eBay for it to be so widespread and on so many different browsers. Considering switching off eBay after nearly 20 years.

I was actually able to list three items without error and now it's back to we looked everywhere again. Using a PC and an Android phone and bouncing back and forth between the two for 35 minutes to complete one single listing. This sucks!

HERE IS A WORK AROUND SOLUTION:
I have found through many months of struggling with this that the problem is adding photos and writing a description. After a lengthy call with ebay, I was told that the problem is linked directly to the Java Script format not being supported by ebay. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the recent addition of AI to the description or not. In any case WE CAME UP WITH A WORK AROUND: For the description, Write your description in your NOTEPAD on your computer, then copy and paste it into the description box on the listing page. DO NOT ADD PHOTOS to the listing. Instead, complete the listing and SAVE FOR LATER. I then open the drafts on my iphone, add the photos from my phone and then press LIST. It works every time. It's a huge pain to add these extra steps but it does work until ebay can fix whatever is going on. I have been on the phone with them multiple times and don't know if they are working on it or not. Hard to tell.

Using an android phone, 2 different windows pcs. Using 3 different web browsers and still have this issue occurring. Not using Chrome, hate Chrome & will not use Chrome. No extensions to the browsers. Issue still occurs. Third party apps on google? Nope. Doesn't matter if I'm using "private or not" when browsing, VPN on or off, popup blockers and trackers enabled and disabled, issue still occurs. It's an eBay issue.
