Unable to Save Label in app

Hi, when I click 'save label' the menu disappears and the screen freezes.  This means I'm unable to print to my thermal label printer which takes up a lot more time and doesn't make the parcels look very nice when you have lots of sellotape all over them.  Please advise what I can do to resolve. many thanks 🙂

Hi @queenieanddicky . Are you using the latest version of the app? Go to App store for iOS or Google Play for Android to verify you're on the latest version.

Other than that, you can always use the reprint function and switch over to the website if the app is giving you problems.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
