USPS First Class Package not working right when creating listing

I am trying to create a listing right now and it won't let me submit because I get an error stating "Package weight is over the weight limit for service USPS First Class Package. The maximum weight is 3 oz.". This is obviously incorrect since the weight limit for First Class is 16oz.

check the package type......I think you have "letter" checked instead of package.........

There is no letter option, only package.

Ok, now I see it. It looks like they added a Package Type selction next to Package weight and dimensions which is overriding my dimensions and the First Class Parcel shipping selection I had chosen.
