With all the **bleep** that is going on with Item Specifics, let me add another rudimentary problem that should not be happening.
Twice in as many months and third in recent memory, we have had orders returned due to non-deliverable addresses. This results in lost sales and additional cost in resources to manage orders beyond what is necessary.
As part of eBay’s seller protection, there was a time that eBay required all shipments to be to PayPal validated mailing addresses. Meaning, that PayPal confirmed addresses as good. This appears not to be the case anymore with eBay.
For God’s sake! This is the 21st Century. I know of no third-party shipping apps, including the USPS, that allows a shipping label to be created to a non-deliverable address. Ship Station, Stamps.com, Pirate Ship, all require validation.
