If somebody from the Tech Dept could respond, that would be awesome. Last week I contacted Customer Support, who in turn sent a request for me to Tech, about my traffic and impression data not advancing past the end of March. I believe the request was worked on because my stats then advanced to April 2nd and there they have remained. I called Customer Support this morning to put in another request regarding this frozen data, and, by my posting this issue here, it is obvious I am still stuck at April 2nd stats. I can only speak on my own behalf, but I do not think I am the only one who is experiencing this problem. If you could advise how long it takes for Tech to process requests, as well as any information as to why these stats are not updating, I would be greatly it.
