The traffic reports and performance reports you pay for have not really been working for the last 2 or 3 years. I call in once a month about it and they always say they are working on it. For 2 or 3 years? So basically, you pay for the reports as part of your "store" but they don't really work. I've talked to higher ups who understand the issue but they don't seem to do anything to fix the issue. Mine is always down.

Traffic reports are not provided as part of a store subscription ... they are provided whether or not you have a store.
I'm not clear, however, on what you mean by "not working". They seem to be delayed a lot, but eventually get displayed about 4-21 days late ... which makes sense because eBay seems to operate about 10 years behind other companies.

Listing fees are omitted, so cost of sales and net sales are false. The seller hub is not smart enough to handle combined shipping so that is wrong also. Sales on the seller hub overview page is gross sales, sales plus shipping charged, but in the seller level box it is sales not including shipping. Traffic reports do not populate on a regular schedule to the comparisons being made, well for example today it is 20 days to 31 days so it is a false useless feature as well. ebay is aware of all of these issue and has made it clear they do not care. ebay is okay with giving us false number to manage our ebay businesses. What they are doing is removing useful features to help see the false number that they are feeding us to run our business. On the performance sales page the number they say we have sold is always false so ebay has remove features to check sales for the last seven days or 31 days from the manage all orders page so we could possible know how many items have been sold. This is just few of the false numbers ebay is giving us, and yes they are aware and have been reminded about everyone of these flaws, misrepresentations or lies. I feel confident if ebay misrepresents or lie to ebay's selling partners ebay is doing the same to the number they show the stock holders and employees. I feel for the employees that have to tell paying customers everyday that it is suppose to be that way or they will bubble it up, or report it. How long does it take the employees to figure out their company does not care and is not going fix know issue and false number.

SAME.
Traffic reports in the last couple of months are so "late".
I can see only until July 11 (Today is July 28).
I called Ebay CS a few hours ago and they they checked it and said they will update my store within 24 hours.
It's the second time it happened to me, I also called the first time and they had the same answer. It didn't really help to get more recent report.
It really bumms me.

The only way I can get accurate numbers is to go to my Paypal account. All my sales go into it. All my EBAY fees come out of it, postage, refunds, etc. So, to get an idea of what each month has done, I add up all my in money and subtract my out money and I'm left with my EBAY profit (from which I deduct all my other expenses). I wish there was a easier way to be accurate.

But the issue is that we don't get recent traffic and impressions report.
PayPal doesn't show you how much traffic you got.
I called CS yesterday and told them about this issue, they said they'll reset it and it will take 24 hour to take effect.
It didn't.
I would have to call them AGAIN today.
Feels like they making it harder and harder.

Well, the performance report and thus traffic reports on my seller hub stopped working July 11th and today is July 30th. You really can't market well if your information is that old. Why even advertise or say you have these reports if they don't work or are so behind in their information? As a former marketing director of an online portal we never had a "bug" which they say it is last more than two days and certainly not three years! Too bad, ebay could make A LOT more money with the right leadership and tech skills. Oh well.........

I agree ... but these traffic reports are always mysteriously delayed, which in today's technological environment is laughable.
It leads me to believe that eBay does it on purpose.
