I am unsure if this is a glitch or what is happening. My traffic page has shown the same page views since this morning. With 2300 items and normally selling 5-10 items a day, it seems very suspect that I have had zero traffic for 8 hours. Is there somewhere to submit a ticket about this?

The 'views' counter MAY be messed up but that does NOT mean that nobody is viewing so you ended those for no reason.
I had more sales Friday/Saturday/Sunday than I've had in 2 weeks yet the 'views' were the lowest in the 2 weeks (and yesterday (Sunday) was a RECORD less than 100 views- which is SIMPLY BOGUS!
Hasn't anyone ever heard of a glitch??
People are seeing/viewing- just the 'counter' isn't currently working correctly.
Ignore it.
Doesn't matter.
Sales is what matters.

yeah same for all of 1/12 and 1/13, i noticed it's only for organic hits but promoted is reporting. not saying there's no actual traffic vs it's a reporting error but sales have been down a bit in 36 hrs.

not risking it with some of the higher value items I listed...

listed for over 3 weeks, no views no watchers.... but has an offer

risking them going for pennies instrad of a few hundred to a thousand dollars because ebay has something wrong and isn't showing items to people as it should. risking that it's just the counter and not actually views.

listed friday and got multiple offers views and watchers immediately. posted a similar one last night and no views watchers or offers in 12 hours... something is up

So you don't do your auctions correctly and either do a reserve or (preferred) start them at the minimum amount you are willing to take. Got it.

I am having the same issue today. Woke up this morning, made my coffee to see I had 1 view. I’m usually around 80-120 by 6 am. I have had friends go and check out listings and add them to their watchlist. It seems as if they watch a listing that will show on the listing count. But the only thing tallying views are promoted listings and your impressions. That’s atleast what I am experiencing. Hopefully they get it squared away soon.

You can do things your way, it doesn't mean it's correct, right or wrong... that's subjective.
That's why it's your "preferred" methods. If you aren't having the same issues, there's no reason to keep chiming in acting like you know it all and others are wrong.

Hey @agentcloseteur! We apologize about the issues yourself and others are experiencing with the Traffic page not showing accurate data. This is a known site wide issue that has an open ticket set to be resolved under ALERT138554.

I 'chime' in here because others read this forum so I wouldn't want someone to do things like listing Auctions the Wrong way by either
a.) Not listing with the 'least' you'll take if no reserve (preferred way) or
b.) Not doing a 'reserve' (which costs and NOT the preferred way)
simply so a seller doesn't wind up with 'less than they expected or wanted.
Just like this 'buyer' is experiencing; this is what happens 1000's of times a day (with less than .0001% even knowing there is a forum and .0001% of those that know even post) Cancelled order - The eBay Community
I also wouldn't want a member to 'end listings' (possibly costing some valuable 'free' listings) just because of an 'inaccurate showing of views' (as confirmed by the ebay employee Devon in his post).
Views will continue to do this off and on as they have done at least a dozen times the past 5 years.
Does NOT mean your 'item' isn't being seen.
