Some scans from last week (11-23 & 24?) weren't properly recorded by ebay for 'Tracking uploaded on time and validated'

It's a glitch. They're working on it I'm told.

I am glad to hear this....some of my orders showing Post office waiting for items, when I actually went there and got them scanned and have a receipt from 3 days ago. USPS site is correct by the integration systems seems really messed up...times and dates and locations all over the place. I was worried I would get a not shipped on time defect.

I am trying to go through now and check the scans ( I stand in line and get a receipt, too).  So far, I have found only one that looks like it was never scanned in, however, when checking the USPS site it is moving along.  I have 9 items on my dashboard that are wrongly marked for tracking not uploaded on time and validated.  What a mess!

Seems like Ebay and USPS not integrating...Hope they fix this soon as it is a mess right now

My seller rating is at risk for going down because of this, so I hope that they are working on this.  I noticed it today, because of the notice that my seller rating was at risk.  I requested they call me 1 hour and 30 minutes ago.  It was supposed to be a 45 minute wait time,  but I'm still waiting, 1 hour and 30 minutes later. 

It would be nice if they announced this glitch somewhere, so people like me don't have to sit here and wait for them to call.

Ours has been fixed (November 30, night).

If you still show problems you might have to call eBay to fix.

Glad to hear that yours has been fixed.

It looks like my tracking record is about 50% fixed.  I have one order (4 items) left that is showing no scans at all on the eBay side but is moving along according to the USPS site.

it's not just USPS.  I have two Fedex items that are having the same issue.  It's obviously an ebay glitch.

Some of the ones over the weekend were fixed but it has added more items that are having the same issue from the same day.  I had a lot of packages go out on the 25th.  It seems to be mostly items from that date for some reason.

My 2 packages say "label created" or " tracking number provided" since Monday 12/1/20 . No movement whatsoever.  Called usps. No help. They sent me ebay's way. Called ebay. No help. Guy tells me to wait and file a claim with usps, when I purchased shipcover wirh eBay. I told him that. He didnt even know that you have to wait 30 days to file claim. I know its busy season, but you cant tell me nobody scanned a package since Monday and today is Fri. Package was scanned at post office. Now mybwife put more gas into fire tellimg me that package was as same size as PS5 box and people are going insane over those. Can that just be stolen from sorting facility, but each package was dropped off at different PO. Out of $1200. Cant file a claim wirh usps sicne I bought shipcover. So mad and frustrated.

This is so frustrating. I have a bunch of eBay tracking info like this:

They show my package made it to Bell Gardens, which is 400 miles away from me, then there's another entry saying the PO is still awaiting the shipment. If you enter the delivery confirmation # into the usps site, the correct info appears and shows it being delivered tomorrow. I

'm getting emails from buyers wondering if I've mailed their items.

How are we supposed to know if our product has been delivered? It will not be long before customers figure out they can get free products. This is the most stressful time to be a seller on eBay.
