Tracking Number not working properly

Dear all

i'm already shipped some items for five countries  and also upload all tracking numbers for all items. but there didn't track by any site, as well as some website was visible of location but that location didn't change up to estimate delivery date. please tell what is the reason .

Is the mail service that you used trackable in other countries....not all mail services are.  Did you check the tracking number on the other country’s postal site?

When you entered the tracking number on eBay Is the carrier you used on eBays list?

I did checked other county tracking site but there not visible. how to confirmed that have been delivered or not.
