I am seeing an uptick in these kinds of messages, anyone else? The percentage is way up since I don't sell all that much these days. One woman said I was her 3rd attempt to get an undamaged book for a gift.

I made a purchase through a classified ad here and have not heard back since payment. No tracking number. Nothing. Is there a way to report the seller or leave feedback for other buyers? I have filed reports with paypal but want other buyers aware.
