Hi,

I'm trying to send an invoice to the buyer. After I click "Send Invoice" button, the next page shows this error message. I tried doing this with both Chrome and Internet Explorer but neither works. Help!

There are at least two ways to send an invoice; via Seller Hub, or from your Sold page. See if the other method works for you.

Managed to send the invoice through the item page.
