Hi Ebay Team

When i tried to accept seller offer, I have received this error (There is an issue processing your request.) I have tried on multiple browsers and phone. 

Please Help

Make sure you are actually signed in to the same eBay account you used to view or watch the original listing when attempting to accept an offer in an email. Only the same eBay account is eligible to take advantage of a specific offer.

Go to your Bids & Offers page and see if the item appears there, and also verify that the item is still listed.

I had the same thing,  here's what fixed it - in eBay, go to 'My eBay', then go to 'Account', and then under 'Payment Information' click on 'Payments', which will ask you to sign in. After signing in to eBay Payments go to the eBay item and accept the offer.

That doesn't work for Sellers accepting offers.   I think there is something wrong with payments.  Have not had one bite since 4:45pm.  Two offers I accepted are still stuck in Pending Transaction.  I know it takes a few minutes at the most to show up in Sold.
