This new look with everything in cascading in one single column in the middle of the page is horrible and much too difficult to navigate. I hope it's a temporary glitch.

If pages load correctly in another browser, try clearing your cache and possibly manually erasing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

It is possible that an update last night changed something, and the new page may conflict with old cache or cookie data in your browser.

It happened after the update before but was righted right away.  I didn't have to do anything but wait. This time it took hours for it to get fixed.
