Technical problem - Accepting Offers - Tab not working.

I continue to have problems with the Accept Offer tab or button functioning.  Click on it & it does nothing. Tab over to it and hit ENETR and nothing.  This only happened in Chrome which is what I mostly use but now is happening in Edge. It does work in Firefox browser. Cleared cache and all that stuff.  Uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it. Just curious if anyone else has experienced the same problem or anyone have a suggestion?  THANKS!

Had this same problem twice recently.  Asked seller to send an invoice to my email and was able to pay by clicking the "buy it now" tab.  Also haven't been able to reply to seller by ebay messages; have to go to the item page and click "contact seller" every time.  I don't  know how to fix this
