As a Seller, I am NOW unable to respond to any questions. I called for help and they told me I had exceeded the limit of responses! I got ONE question today and can't respond.  Now I tried to revise a Fixed price item and it will NOT allow me to change anything!

  I think eBay has been hacked and their system is NOT working... thanks

See if you can go to your buyer's profile or feedback page and compose a new message there using the "Contact" link -- that may work if you cannot reply to a message.
