Does no one have notice the amount of free listings for your subscriptions decreased without listing any item?
I haven't checked my account if that have been happening in the past months until today 1st of August. They were not relisted automatically either manually, but the amount of my monthly free listing is still decreasing.

Yes I want listing credit back.
By this glitch actually I did not get the Free 250 listing on my store I paid the fee.
While I just listed only 6 items on 8/1, today my account shows 13 items listed.
While the 7 items still have the time to expire, those were already counted as listed.
I checked the ACTIVE listing and the all 7 items had still time to expire.
I ended the 7 items before expire but the Listing was counted already as listed. Then the 7 items are only 1 day listing?
I called eBay and the CS told eBay give credit back 10 days later but how? Those are Free listing allowance.
Do they fix the listing number correctly? I mean they credit back the Listing?

Let us know when that happens! I'm still waiting on promised calls from June from two different eBay Customer Service reps. Has anyone ever received a later returned call from eBay with updated information? Not a rhetorical question. Seriously, has anyone ever received a call back later?

Yes, she did call. But it was a waste of more of my time, as she couldnt do anything ( refunding the fees, guiding on what to do etc ). Basically, CSR are robots with no decision making power. They are nice in general, but corporate ebay coded the system in a way that human mind is useless. Even managers have no power to help sellers.
Another rep was going to call me about refunding what I overpaid to eBay since she said the tools were taken from them coincidentally on July 31, it’s been 2 days, yet no call or refund ( right now ebay owes me about $600, which i prepaid for future sales, but since no sales and this double GTC dip, I want my money back).

When I had to speak with CSR's in the Philippines, and was promised call backs a number of times, not once do I remember receiving one.
I have Concierge Customer Support now and they have called me back, but not always able to resolve issues.
Ultimately, in my opinion, the overall customer support I've received at eBay over the years has been far below any industry standard service metrics.
I'm also qualified to speak on this, as I'm a former Customer Quality Manager for a large International Company.

"if insertion fees were charged, they will be credited. In the case of insertion fee credits (ie, store listing allotments) being used I do not have a way to get those credited. You could consider contacting CS for support or other options!"
I've spoken to CSR on Monday, Aug 05th.
The young lady had recorded/noted on my account regarding this GTC technical issue.
Although, todate only 9 were taken off from my monthly 250 Fixed Allotments on Aug 01st, instead of Aug 02, 10:23 am pdt. The CSR mentioned ALL my current Fixed Price (GTCs) which were created in the month of July are impacted as well. This GTC technical issue correction is targetted (sp) by end of August.
My impacted account has been noted + if any insert credits due or fee incurred due to this GTC techical issue - Reimbursement will be made in September.
Speaking only for myself, with the above info, I will monitor my fixed listings accordingly + make listings surely but cautiously, moving forward.
I may not be able to re-visit this thread due to other duties + want to thank every member within the community who've given a shout-out to this GTC technical issue that we’re not the only ones who’re impacted.
Cheers,

This just amazes me.
What awful customer service!
Sorry, we cant help our sellers for our issue we created. Watch your listings and call back for a refund in Sept?
AND silence from eBay on the issue.
No "news" put out, no apology.... crickets!
But I keep getting emails about lowering prices and checking my seller board.
Seems priorities are way off...

I think after this, eBay's books need to be audited, to make sure every seller gets refunded/credited 100% of the Fees and Free Listings that were taken improperly from their accounts.
