I've been unable to pay for random items for over a month. I complete checkout over and over but the payment never actually goes through on the other end. This first occurred with a newer seller, so I assumed that they didn't have their payment account set up correctly, but it's now happened twice more with more established sellers. Every time the error occurs some check-out options are shown as unavailable, the order shows as being processed and payment pending (no email confirmation is sent, and the item reverts to unpaid minutes later.
