Hi! I recently lost my Top Rated seller status and my Tracking Uploaded on Time and Validated went from ~100% to 79% within a few months. I have noticed two different cases. One where the tracking number eBay uploads is actually incorrect (even though I am buying shipping through eBay and its an entirely eBay automated process), and another where the tracking number is valid, but the eBay message when the tracking number is clicked through eBay tracking link always goes to a message indicating no USPS scan has been received. If you check the tracking number on the USPS site, its fine. I tried contacting eBay customer service and although they agreed it was not my fault they said no bug was reported and so I could not have the defects removed. Honestly at this point I just want the system issue corrected as that would eventually lead to restoration of my Top Rated seller status.
