I have called ebay chat and assistant twice now and they just don't seem to understand this problem so far. On the "seller hub page" under "Active" " all selling " there is a "Category " box with a Drop Down Arrow where you can select your store category and edit accordingly. DOES NOT OPEN UP.
Also there is a "Sort By" drop down box with arrow this opens up but "does not sort". This sorting is for newly listed, ending soonest, most watchers etc. My box is locked on "ending soonest" and will not open up to anything else.
Just happened a week ago and is preventing me from editing, adding and deleting and sell similar functions.
A work around was given and that does not completely work. Under "Listings" all selling, category arrow does not work, meaning it does not open up.
Along with this problem, my seller hub page does not accurately list my 50 or 100 active listings, I have to hit the scroll arrow to populate the full page which was opening up that page correctly for the last 20 yrs.
Reading thru I see this happens to many occasionally and sort of corrects itself eventually.
It is not your browser, or your cookies or cache, it is ebay fixing and enhancing the systems periodically and causing other problems in their fixes.
My best guess, is that proper testing does not occur when new systems fixes are installed.
Hopefully someone will help here. My phone call has escalated this to "someone in the tech unit".

I just upgraded my very old MacBook Pro to a new MacBook Air----when I go to seller hub---on active listings, the dropdown arrow does not function on the new computer, but ironically will function properly on the old computer--spoke with agent from eBay--he told me that it should be corrected in 24 hrs.----lol
