Over the last few days, I have been wondering if offers are working for various reasons.
For example, yesterday, I received an offer that I was unable to accept. No, the customer was not suspended.
Actually we had been negotiating over an item and then I could not accept the offer. I had 38 people wanting this item and negotiating. Odd who it finally sold to.
Second issue, was tonight when the red flag really went up.
A customer messaged in to let me know she thought her offer was reasonbable.
As it was higher than the offers I sent out to watchers, I let the customer know I would look into this.
There is no record of this customer sending me an offer in the places you look for that.
This customer is not on the list who received the offer.
I have sent out over 30 offers in 2 days and do not think the system is fully working.
This is not because of sales per se but a series of events that are not working.
