Supended and email

Hello,

I was trying to use my old account on ebay that says that i got supended and no addaed infomation. I reciewd a Email from no.reply @ebay.com two years ago that says this.  My first question is this Email legit and how do i know why i got supended in the first place? I have never bought anything on that account and done anything that i could thought of made me suspended for.

And to add to it when i try to loggin its says that it is supended and I have reciwed a email about it. So i guess its that email i got from no.reply @ebay.com .
