Store showing zero items when 25 are listed...

Just wanted to report a glitch... .my store has 25 items but when I click on my icon for the store it shows 0 listings... this has been about an hour since I looked but not sure how long it's been.

Not all new listings, so not some weird search indexing problem.

Is it possible that you were doing listing research or buying and changed your zipcode of Anchorage, Alaska or Honolulu, Hawaii? (the ongoing glitch that causes zero results in stores or search)

Do you also see zero results when you look at your items in search? https://www.ebay.com/sch/folkartoriginals/m.html

Try changing your zipcode to 90210 on any item listing shipping and payments tab and then look at your store. Same?

Also, try logging out and look.

Thank you!!  I changed the zipcode earlier for a search to Alaska - a person inquiring about shipping. Just changed back to my zipcode and everything is showing up now. Thank you again!

And wow. The HATA (Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO) buglet is one of my goto things to blame for that type of search and visibility failure, and although it did exactly fit your symptoms, it was a longshot, and I almost didn't mention it (how many sellers change their zipcode to Alaska or Hawaii? Answer, probably not many.)

Anyway, glad you are back on track.

I know this is late but I've recently moved to Anchorage Alaska in Aug and started a store this week and nothing was showing in the categories at all. I called Ebay and no matter how many times I've explained the situation the lady would keep saying I can see your featured listings. I've held my paitence in check but this situation is super frustrating. I"ll try that area code you've mentioned.
