Has any one else had a problem doing a store newsletter today? I go through all of the hoops to set up a newsletter for the week and when I am done I get the message
"Error - Oops!! It’s not you, it’s us. Please try again."
It has been like this all day. Is it me?

Hey @greenlakesales can you check to see if you are using the word "select" in your seller newsletter message? I have heard other instances of the word "select" triggering an error, for some reason.

Ok, it has been over a week since the newsletter feature has worked for me. I have contacted eBay on Facebook and they said that they are working on it. I have a very specialized product base, and the best way to promote my stuff is to reach out directly to my past customers. I used to be able to collect the emails of customers and send out my own newsletter, but that has been removed for many years already. Is this just another ploy to try and force me to pay for the honor of having my items visible to the general public?
Grrrr, very frustrating.

I had a couple of "Select"s and "Selections" that I removed and now it works. What a weird word to get stuck on. Thank you for your help.
