Store Newsletter Can't Send Until May?

Hi Everyone, 

I am writing this on April 1. I went to send a store newsletter to announce a two-day spring sale today and it is saying the earliest date I can send it is May 1st. I think there might be something wrong with the back-end. Does it mistakenly think today is May 1?

I don't send those, it equates to spam that most people block.

I tried to send a newsletter as well and noticed that eBay will not allow newsletters to be sent out in April.

Same here. I clicked the ? on the bottom right of my seller hub page to file a tech report. I suggest others do the same @kmc_new2u @wilsonharborsales
