On the last three days I'm getting
"Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." - My eBay: Summary
"Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." - My eBay:Purchase history
"This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." - Select the topic you need help with so we can better serve you
"We are unable to process your request." and "Sorry, an error has occurred" - When I try to reply to a seller (I didn't received the item)
1. Dear eBay, can you please develop an error reporting system (auto-error-submission [I can help]), you'll get rid of most these posts.
2. Dear eBay, how can I cancel my Purchase (391385698051) - during these errors?
3. Dear eBay, how can I contact the seller?
4. Dear eBay, thanks and I hope you'll fix soon this, one the biggest websites available at the moment on the internet.

Everyone is having these issues. ebay is broken and they won't acknowledge it & won't fix it.

Am experiencing the same problems. Very frustrating and discouraging.
Addtionally, the past few weeks the shopping cart often doesn't work, and many thumbnails in the Watch List don't display.
The problems are exactly the same on Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome, all used with the latest version of the latest Apple OS, even after clearing caches and rebooting. So the problem lies clearly with eBay.

I have problems with editing listings , i get 'feature unavaliable' also cannot re list if i end the listing, Bay has been 'looking into this' for over 3 weeks, i have now found the fault in the html code but there is no contact number for eBay techinical helo, Told them to contact me but still waiting, They then send an automated message to say I have listings to update, its a joke, i am very unhappy with the eBay system right now, they just dont seem bothered to correct problems, all the money the receive in fees from each seller . ... still waiting for that call!! Come on eBay.co.uk sort this out ASAP>

I get that error message frequently lately, but the most frustrating one is trying to print and having NOTHING happen! I 've tried multiple browsers, computers, locations, Internet Service Providers (by trying at other physical places) . . . . VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING especiallty when I'm trying to get last-minute purchases out before my carrier arrives. I'm not making the 50-60 minute round trip to a collection box or post office for my paltry gross revenue. eBay, in the interest of customer service and delighting customers, PLEASE fix your postage server!
FIX IT!

Well, as of this morning I can't list ANYTHING now. Just redirected to some BS contact ebay page with a phone number that goes nowhere.
It's like they were hacked and taken over or something.
With this company being as big as it is and making MILLIONS off the site... I just can't comprehend how they can have THIS many issues for so long. It's unheard of. Can you imagine if Amazon had crippling problems for over a month?
I really hope ebay takes a big hit from this. Drop in stocks or something. The only thing these big companies understand is money loss. They obviously don't care whatsoever about their customers. If they did, they might drop in on the tech support boards once in a while.

As the eBay tech team didn't provided an official answer please try this solution, worked for me:
1. Try accessing you account with a different browser or...
2. Clear you browser cache (just the files and cookies, not the passwords) by pressing CTRL + Shif + Del (Windows) or Cmd + , (Mac) > Prvacy tab.
I bet that eBay is trying to save some bandwidth by pushing most of the cached content onto user browser without a proper expire policy / data retention, bad move, memcached or redis on their side will help things better (controlling and invalidating / flushing the cached objects).
Anyway... let's be practial, give it a try on browser side.

I have been having the same problem and have tried the frequently suggested solutions to no avail. If money cannot exchange hands in a simple and secure way, this site is behind the times. EBay / PayPal needs to better serve its users. I have read about people canceling sales because of this problem. Why would anyone keep shopping here if it is going to take this much effort to hand over money?
In addition, I have had trouble accessing communication with other members, have not received the automatic messages I should be receiving regarding purchases, and have listings reduced to vague sketches immediately upon purchasing that item so I must make personal copies of everything for my records even before I know whether I will be a winning bidder.

Well, it's almost JULY, and I'm STILL having this stupid issue.
Yet the store fees go UP??
For WHAT???

Thank you for your help...
It worked--but only for the day. Now it's back to it's old tricks. Same problem tonight.
Disgusted that Ebay has let this go on so long for us.

Same errors here. eBay is happy to collect fees. But when it comes to fixing a decrepit site, they don't make money, so they don't care. It wont be fixed. Ever since the mass site password leak, eBay has not trusted any programers to touch their bugs, or repair them.... 😕 May 21, 2014 RIP eBay.....

eBay is not going to do anything. The issue still stands, and eBay does not give a **bleep** about us big buyers or the big sellers. Moveing on to Amazon...

AMAZON DOT COM is the answer to this one, for me, moving on **bleep** fleebay
