I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing issue regarding the defective MUAA "add tracking number" button.
I have called in to customer support once a week, this issue has been persistent for over three weeks. Despite being assured (most recently which three days ago) that it would be resolved within 48 hours and I was also assured this would be placed on eBay's priority list, the problem remains unresolved.
I have now called customer service three times regarding this matter, and I am still without a solution. I beg anyone to take immediate action to fix this issue. That would be VERY much appreciated!!
