Sold items in Unsold section

I have two different items that ended today, both had bids, and the auctions ended. They are both SOLD auctions, but are showing up in my UNSOLD section. I cannot invoice the customers and it seems to just be an error in eBay, perhaps. Is anyone else having this issue? I messaged both of the buyers to let them know about the glitch and that I'd let them know as soon as it's corrected, but just putting it out there since it appears there's no easy way to let eBay know of the issue either.

I've never had this problem in many years of selling.

I had this happen yesterday.  It took a few hours to move to the sold section.

You're sending invoices to winners of your auctions? Is there some special reason you're doing that? Combining shipping, perhaps?

I usually only invoice when people don't pay within 24 hours or have combined shipping. But when it's in the Unsold category it doesn't even give you the option.

After about 12 hours the items moved into the appropriate category, I'm happy to say.

Thank you, yes, about 12 hours or so after they sold the listings were moved into the Sold category and I finally received the 'Your Item Sold' emails from eBay too.

Had this happen today, I called she moved items to sold but still have some items that just ended in the unsold section. Hope they fix this and we don't get charged the final value fee if we lose the customers.

Same here, 4 items sold and in the unsold category plus a few items with several people watching & strangely ended with no bids

Just happened to me today also. I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it is resolved.

This happens every now and then.It will usually correct itself in a few hours, or you can

go to the Unsold list, click on number of BIDS which takes you to Bid History and the Send Invoice will appear on the right or , if not, refresh the page maybe several times and the Send Invoice will appear.
