Sold Filter not working on laptop

The Sold and Completed Filters are not showing results when I click them on the website from my laptop. Mobile app still working fine. I have a Mac and use Safari. My husband does also, and it's working on his laptop. I haven't changed anything on my laptop recently, so wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

Sold Filter not working on laptop

Some Safari users seem to be having problems with filters on the search results page.

Try using a different browser to view sold items. Or try using the sold option available on the Advanced Search page -- that may work differently for you.

I was so happy to see your post because, I am having the exact same issue. I also have a mac and use safari. I see that someone has suggested using a different browser, have you tried this? I could use all the help I can get! Thanks.

I have a PC and use the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.  Never had this issue before but have had it for the last month or so.

Like OP, mobile device works just fine.

Please advise.

If you actually mean Internet Explorer 11, eBay no longer includes that among the list of recommended browsers:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/resolving-technical-issues/technical-issues?id=4220

Edge is supported, though. If you are using Edge, check to see if you have the latest version or just a legacy version here, and if an update is available for your version:

If you are using an older version of Windows, you may want to try a different browser such as Firefox if you are having problems with eBay features no longer working for you.

Trying another browser when things are not working is often a handy troubleshooting tool; problems in one browser can sometimes be fixed by things like clearing cache or eBay cookies or changing settings or disabling add-ons, but if the same problems occur in multiple browsers that may point to some other common problem that would also affect the other browsers.
