Software Issues?

I constantly read on here about Cassini and what a bad idea that was. It's understandable that they would do things to "enhance the search" on eBay.com. What I experienced just now though is beyond mind boggling. How do u get this so wrong?!? I googled a phrase about PayPal and up Pops threads from this community. Then, I came onto these boards and input the same search info in the line and the results that popped up aren't even about the topic!?! In fact not one had the word PayPal in it? What? Now I see first hand what others are talking about and there's no money involved on this platform. You guys really need to get it together or you will literally put yourself out of business. Please don't ever think it can't happen.
