Social media post video creation not working

Tried all day today, multiple listings, get the same "Error loading video" after clicking "Generate video"

If you're going to add a new feature to the platform, you should make sure it's working 100% and not janky

This tool has been glitchy for me since it was rolled out to my account in mid-April. Somedays it works fine and other days it does not work at all or works intermittently. Yesterday, 6/10, I tried numerous times throughout the day and into the evening hours, and each time I got the same error as you are reporting. I am still seeing the same error this morning.

I suggest clicking the ?  in the lower right-hand corner of the Social page to report this issue to eBay.

Thanks for confirming it wasn't just me, I reported the glitch as you suggested--although communicating anything to eBay feels like screaming into the abyss at this point 😑

The tech teams do review the reports, so hopefully whatever the issue is, it will be resolved. 

One thing I have been doing when I find the tool is working is scheduling 2 or 3 days of video posts. So far, the scheduled video posts have all been posted.
